Welcome to the ultimate annual review & planning guide for 2024/25. This is a comprehensive, in-depth review process that will help you:

Process the loose ends, open loops, and generally perform a “deep clean” of your productivity system.
Take stock of the year that’s been. The wins, losses, lessons, and everything else to help you gain insights about yourself, how you’re positioned, and how you might act differently in the year ahead.
Define or redefine personal principles that help guide your goals, projects and decisions over the year to come.
Set intentions for the next year.
Get clear on your next 90 days of execution (I don’t recommend “strategic planning” your entire year—I’ll mention why later in the review.)
